Potato Chips - Microwave Monday

On my couch I used to sit hungry. Then, I discovered how to make my own potato chips in the microwave. Now, I snack on these microwave chips whenever I watch TV.

Ingredients:

  • 1 russet potato

  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 T chopped rosemary

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Slice potatoes very thinly into rounds. Pat dry with a paper towel.

  2. Mix rosemary and oil in a bowl. Dip each potato slice on each side in the oil, wiping off excess on the side of the bowl, and arrange around the lip of a microwavable plate. Make sure that the potato slices do not overlap.

  3. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper once they come out. Wait for two minutes before moving to a serving plate

  4. Carefully remove each chip from the plate. Serve
